Every year since 2008, The Cultural Department of the City of Rome has given the green light to our European collaborator, Destination Events, to create a series of New Year’s indoor and outdoor musical events to celebrate the New Year in The Eternal City. Within a few years, the Mayor of Rome had become fascinated with the International Festival Rome and requested that Destination Events evolve the festival to include ‘The City of Rome New Year’s Day Parade’.
For well over a decade, the parade has become a truly momentous and enormously popular event. Youth Music is proud to be the exclusive Performance Tour provider for overseas groups to both the Rome Parade and the Festival of Music. The Festival element of the celebrations includes numerous performance opportunities in spectacular venues in both Rome and in the delightful hilltop town of Frascati, forty five minutes outside of the City.
